The Outbound Founders' Pass is a product membership offering access to software and services. It is not a security, equity, profit-share, or investment instrument. No member acquires ownership, voting rights, or equity interest in any Mo-affiliated entity by virtue of Founders' Pass membership. Any reference to "Founders," "founding members," or similar terms refers to early-cohort customer status and confers benefits as outlined in the published Offer Terms only. Members interested in actual equity participation should inquire about separate SAFE-note opportunities, which are evaluated case-by-case and require accredited-investor status.
The Milestone Roadmap (Tiers 2–7) describes products we intend to build and ship as membership thresholds are reached. Milestone-gated product launches are commitments contingent on the membership thresholds being met; if a threshold is not reached, the corresponding product is not delivered, and members retain access to all previously delivered products without further obligation. ETAs ("60 days after milestone hit," "90 days after milestone hit") are targets, not contractual delivery dates. Roadmap items, allocations, and product names may change before launch.
The Founder Affiliate Tier provides commissions for product sales referred by the member, calculated as a percentage of revenue from those specific sales. Commissions are compensation for marketing services rendered. Stated commission rates apply to qualifying transactions only and are subject to the program's full terms (refunds, chargebacks, fraud, self-referrals, and cookie attribution windows are governed by the affiliate agreement). The earnings calculator on this page is illustrative — projections are not a guarantee, prediction, or representation of actual income. Actual earnings depend on referral volume, product mix, customer retention, and other factors outside our control. Statements like "Top Founders earn $50,000+/yr" reflect the upper range of historical referrer outcomes across our programs, not typical results.
The $2,000/year Founder rate is locked for as long as the member's enrollment remains continuously active and in good standing (i.e., paid on time, not in violation of acceptable-use terms). Lapsed, cancelled, or terminated memberships forfeit the locked rate; rejoining is at then-current retail. Memberships auto-renew annually at the locked Founder rate unless cancelled at least 14 days before the renewal date. Refunds within the first 14 days of joining are full and unconditional; after 14 days, refunds are issued at our discretion. The post-cap retail price quoted ($4,000/year and the "$10K+" reference range) is indicative; final retail pricing is set at the time the cap is reached.
Retail values cited (e.g., ~$5,226/year Day-1 stack, ~$11,670/year full stack at Tier 4, ~$13,500+/year Tier 7, "83% off retail") are based on the standalone list pricing of the underlying products at the time of writing. The Outbound Community is free; any "$99/yr" reference for the community in marketing copy is a value-stacking comparison against premium operator communities (Pavilion etc.), not a price for our community. Standalone pricing for any individual product may change without notice and these comparisons should be treated as illustrative rather than as a guarantee of equivalent value over time. Allocation tiers (e.g., 150 mailboxes, 5 LinkedIn accounts, 10,000 verifications/month) are subject to the published fair-use, acceptable-use, and abuse-prevention policies of each product.

Continued availability of those features is contingent on those upstream providers, and we reserve the right to substitute equivalent providers where necessary to maintain service quality. A current list of named sub-processors is maintained in our Privacy Policy per applicable data-protection laws. Member data handling, including any subprocessing, is governed by the Privacy Policy and Data Processing Addendum.
