Testing the waters. NuMail Inc., a Delaware corporation and the owner of OutboundPass, is considering an offering of securities under Regulation Crowdfunding. No money or other consideration is being solicited, and if sent in response, it will not be accepted. No offer to buy the securities can be accepted and no part of the purchase price can be received until the offering statement (Form C) is filed, and then only through an intermediary's platform. An indication of interest involves no obligation or commitment of any kind. Investing in startups is risky; you could lose your entire investment.

The problem

The stack tax.

Most teams run outbound on four tools. Mailboxes. Sending. LinkedIn. Verification.
Four logins. Four invoices. Every month.

OutboundPass ends it.

One membership. Every tool we build. One bill.

Four tools. Live today.

ColdRelayLive

Sets up your domains and mailboxes.

NuMailLive

Runs your campaigns across every inbox and catches the replies.

HandshakeLive

Works LinkedIn from multiple accounts, in one inbox.

ZenVerifierLive

Verifies your list so bad addresses don't burn your domains.

More than software.

The Outbound Community.

Members talk to each other and swap what's working.

The Outbound Summit.

We're bringing the biggest names in outbound onto one stage. Members' teams get tickets.

What we're building next.

  1. ColdRelayLive
  2. NuMailLive
  3. HandshakeLive
  4. ZenVerifierLive
  5. LeadCartSoon

A leads database with a billion records. Enriched, verified and refreshed every month. Opens once membership sales hit our target.

  6. InboxSlashSoon

One inbox for agencies. Connects our tools and others like Instantly, Smartlead and HeyReach.

  7. In the works

    An outreach tool for X.

  8. In the works

A ghostwriter for LinkedIn and X.

Every new tool lands in every plan. No new invoice.

These are plans, not promises. No ship dates.

The business

How the business works.

Memberships.

Members pay every month: $197, $397 or $997. Every plan gets every tool. Only capacity changes.

Affiliates.

Affiliates earn 30% of what their customers pay, for 12 months. One link for every product.

The 100 Club.

An affiliate who ends a month with 50 or more active, paying customers they referred (plans or products) gets $500 that month toward a dream car, on top of the 30%. $1,000 at 100, $2,500 at 200. Below 50, that month's car money pauses.

So affiliates get paid to keep customers, not just sign them up.

Affiliates earn on memberships and product sales only. No one is paid to promote this round.

Why you

Why a thousand owners, not one VC?

Because a VC has never paid the stack tax. You have.

We build for people who run outbound every day. We want you to own it with us.

The plan

A community round.

We're considering a community round under Regulation Crowdfunding, through a registered funding portal.

Indicative · not final
  1. Up to about $2M
  2. From around 1,000 people
  3. At about $2,000 each
  4. To build what's next.

Nothing is final. If we go ahead, the security, price, minimum and use of funds will be in our offering statement (Form C), on the portal. Investing happens there, never on this site.

Register your interest.

It's free, non-binding, and we take no money.
Tell us roughly how much you'd consider. It helps us size the round.
When it opens on the portal, we'll email you the link.

Questions.

Can I buy shares here?

No. Nothing can be bought here. We're testing the waters: checking interest before we decide whether to file. We take no money, no sale can happen until an offering statement is filed, and then only on a registered funding portal. Registering commits you to nothing.

When can I invest?

Not yet. If we go ahead, we'll file an offering statement (Form C) with the SEC and open the round on a registered funding portal. We'll email you the link when it's live. No date yet.

Can I invest from my country?

It depends on the portal and your country's rules. The round would run on a registered US funding portal, and the portal isn't chosen yet. Some countries are excluded, including Canada and sanctioned countries, and it isn't open to UAE residents at this stage. The portal checks eligibility when the round opens.

Do I need to be an accredited investor?

No. Regulation Crowdfunding is open to everyday investors. US rules cap how much each person can put into crowdfunding rounds per year, based on income and net worth. The portal checks this for you.

What would I own?

A security issued by NuMail Inc., a Delaware corporation and the owner of OutboundPass. The type of security, the price and the terms aren't set yet. They'll be in the offering statement on the portal.

Is the amount I pick binding?

No. It's a rough number that helps us size the round. Change it or remove it anytime: email founders@outboundpass.com.

What happens to my details?

We use them only for this round: to email you about it and to help us size it. We don't sell them or share them with affiliates. Ask us to delete them anytime.

Do affiliates earn anything from this round?

No. No one is paid to promote this round, and affiliate links don't apply here.
